How the enquiry form works

The form on the contact page helps you prepare an email. Your browser processes the details locally and displays a summary. Clicking “Open in email” passes the prepared text to your email application. You send the message from there and add any attachments in your email application as well.

Alternatively, you can copy the prepared text into a new email. Copying does not send anything. The form has no server-side enquiry storage and does not save the details you enter in cookies or browser local storage.

Data in a sent enquiry

If you send the email, its contents are received at ruko@ruko-osek.cz. Contact details and project information are used to handle your enquiry and subsequent communication. Please use the same contact address for questions about data you have already sent.

Include only information needed to assess the project. Send confidential or particularly sensitive documents only after agreeing on a suitable method of transfer.

Personal data and cookies

How the website works

The website does not use analytics or advertising scripts, its own tracking cookies, or automatically loaded maps and social networks. Images, styles and scripts are included in the website; fonts are taken from your device.

The hosting service itself may create technical logs of requests to the website as part of its operations. These logs are separate from the enquiry form.

Photographs, visualisations and colour samples

The photograph of machined parts comes from the original website materials and is used as an illustrative photograph. The images for individual services are AI-created illustrations from the approved design, not photographs of the current premises. Product visualisations in the gallery come from the company presentation. Technical diagrams on the website are decorative and are not production drawings.

Colours displayed on a monitor are indicative only. The exact colour, texture, availability and technical finish must be agreed for each individual order.

Terms for a new order

The examples show items from our production programme, not standard catalogue products with fixed specifications. Material, dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, price and delivery date are always agreed for the specific requirements.

Logo and visual identity

The logo for this website was redrawn as a vector graphic from the supplied image. The colour scheme combines technical blue, navy blue and steel grey.
